Cancellations:

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we start the process on the same or next day. If your order has not been processed, you may cancel or get in touch with us to cancel your order. A full refund will be initiated online to the payment method you chose during checkout.

For custom printed products, you can cancel your orders within 24 hours of booking.

For products from our existing calatogue, you may cancel your orders before the shipment of your product. Please email us at info@princebaghouse.com or call us at (+91) 9822067701 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made if you are unable to do it online.

We at Prince Bag House strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. Due to the wholesale nature of the business, we do not take returns of bulk items.

While there is no option to return orders as the products are customized to your specific needs, we may offer a replacement if the product you received is faulty or damaged. In this case, shipping will be paid by the customer. Please reach out to us via Email or Phone for such situations.
